• Setting Up E-mail Alerts

    Dear Subscriber,

    In this page you will find detailed instructions to help you set up e-mail alerts. 
    Below you will see a step-by-step guide. Please follow along and let us know if you run into any problems.

    1.-  Log in using your user name and password
    2.-  Click on Projects and Tenders
    3.-  Select Advanced Search
    4.-  Add your search filters and verify your selection
    5.- Click SAVE at the bottom
    6.- Give your search a name. It can be anything you choose
    7.- Click OK
    8.- At the top right corner, click on My Account
    9.- Check the E-mail Alerts box
    10.- Choose the frequency of your alerts
    11.- At the bottom of the page, click on Save Changes
    12.- Verify that your changes have been saved
    13.- That's it! Remember, you can manage your saved searches from 'My Preferred Search'
    14.- Once you have a couple searches saved, you can select which one to use by clicking on the @ sign, located to the left of the name. To rename a saved search, click on the pencil icon. To delete it, click on the trash icon. 
    15.- The name lights up in orange when selected. Only one search can be used for e-mail alerts.
    If you wish to receive multiple email alerts we recommend you use Twitter hashtags instead.
