    1) Bilateral, multilateral and regional development finance institutions and the United Nations System:

    Please send your notice as an attachment in MS Word format. You can find our suggested templates below. 

    2) The World Bank: 

    The World Bank strongly encourages borrowers to use the Client Connection website when publishing notices. For instructions and useful links (including emails of World Bank staff that can assist), borrowers and project teams can click here.     Important note:
     Emails are answered within 48 hours. To avoid duplication of your submitted material, please do not re-send within that timeframe. Once your notice or contract award submission is confirmed, the edited version (GPN, SPN, ITB, RFP, etc.) will be posted in UN Development Business online and we will provide you with a reference number for each notice. Kindly quote the correspondent reference number in all subsequent communication.
